What lies beneath?
It has always made me think hard about these 1 to 1 ( meetings with the manager) in any organisations. I mean on the surface they are always so polite, considerate, sensitive and ofcourse last but not the least- forever smiling.....So what lies beneath all that???? If the 1-1 is true then howcome during regular work hours things change - stress levels rising, moaning, professionalism's put to test etc etc....and I wonder where all that kindness and patience has gone, when you work those late hours.....

what lies beneath is the cold, heartless, soul less body which is no good to anyone and been long dead & buried.
