Classical concert

Another afternoon well spent was on 25th March. I attended the penultimate winter concert at St. Andrew Holborn. These are a series of concerts presented by the City of London Sinfonia and the City of London Festival.

It was an amazing classical afternoon which was conducted by Rory Macdonald. The hour started with Copland Appalachian Spring (orginal version), Oliver Weeks New Work and Haydn Symphony No 45 Farewell.

I had a wonderful afternoon and enjoyed the concert. I silently wished there were a few more that I could attend as well.

I absolutely love these concerts. They are so very calming. You should try and attend one if you can.
