It is interesting when suddenly you find yourself being healed via alternative therapy i.e. without medicines for your ailments.
I’ve been doing this breathing exercise for sometime now and must admit that I find it useful for both headaches and stress.
And just today I had my friend’s mom do acupressure and it has helped me already.
I had once tried acupuncture and pressure and it felt wonderful. I promised myself that I’ll continue but then that is another story.....
