I heard the inner voice! I've been a bit wound up lately and while thoughts were randomly filling up my mind space, I hear this voice urging me to think differently.
It was almost unreal. I have probably felt it earlier too but only today it was loud and clear. It felt like having a real time conversation with someone. I even nodded my head in approval only to realise what had just happened.
It makes me happy since the clarity is kicking off and I don't feel that tensed.
