On Tuesday afternoon, the phone line as well as the damn internet crashed…Man was I pissed off, its especially pathetic when you are sitting jobless at home :-), you rely on the internet so much more. Of course my phone days have been long gone, once all my friends got married and had their own lives and I too moved to the UK, but I still cherish a call from a friend (which is as rare as getting a seat, when you r tired in a public transport) and loved ones (hihihihi believe me, am sure they will agree here as I never hang up till they have to spell it out- this one applies especially to my family).
So I went through the annoying process of being ‘on hold’ forever and then finally reporting the fault using my mobile to an automated machine, which again wasn’t fun, since every minute counts on a mobile.

Damn It!
My worst nightmare – when technology fails on me. People, who know me, will know that nothing irritates me more than this.

Very true Trina. Nowadays staying without food for one day is easier than staying without internet. Specially when you are used to login to the net as the first task in the morning, check the weather forecast and browse a recipe for your breakfast. And ahh...specially for us, the housewives who have only hope to keep in touch with their work world thru internet.
