An interesting afternoon

It’s pretty common to meet up with a friend, but it isn’t a regular affair to catch up with a friend after 15 long years. I met a school friend (RB) last week, after a really long time; it was just good to see each other. We spent a very relaxing afternoon, talking about our various exploits and reminisced the good old days. In spite of the long gap, it created no awkward moments.

RB took me around to the very famous ‘Portobello Market’ (World famous antique shops & of NOTTING HILL fame) and showed me around the area. I was very impressed with what I saw…. RB even sang the song from ‘Notting Hill’ – hoping it’ll ring a bell, since I mentioned it to her, that I had no clue the market existed…... Though I haven’t yet bought anything substantial, am planning to do so soon. Will post a few pictures of this cool market soon….

It was good to walk around the place with her, I’m real glad she was in the city and that we touched base……
