What does this mean - ‘You are too qualified for the job’. I mean seriously, why would I believe a line like that??
What is over qualified??? I would have liked to accept it as true and console myself…but I chose not to. I was just too shocked when the recruiter told me that….I was like dudette, give me the goddammit job… I NEED IT! he he he he he…but is anyone listening to me????

one is too qualified or over qualified for a job means the damn organization cannot support you, it's capabilities are a question, so don't even think about all this shit n piss.
