Today has really been a weird day!!!
Apart from other not so good things that happened today the thing that threw me off was that for the first time in my living years I switched off the music....it was hurting me. How strange I thought. I live breathe music and know that it dictates my moods, charges me up but I have never been bothered by it.....but today it was something totally different.
I just hope it's only a phase.....that will pass.
