I’ve marked; I cannot escape the stress that accompanies today’s life. I’ll admit there are ways to handle it, but definitely no escaping it. It has made me ill, aggravated my migraines, developed the vertigo and I’m hoping the list ends there, nothing else crops up.Maybe I’ll formulate a way of life, which will help me cope with stress better- a mantra that’ll work for me…..well at least hopefully. I’ll call it “smart living”- Knowing the value of my life– Being aware, how much energy of my life is being used up by stress- Understanding how my stress is affecting others around me – Following corrective steps in order to calm the wandering mind – FINALLY – Not stressing about the stress….... :-)
Will keep u guys posted, if my “smart living” is any smart….or for all you know, I’ll be stressing my @#* off trying to adopt the new style.
