The night sky was covered with shining diamondsWith the moon shining brightly upon the nearby mountain
The village was asleep; with every heart dreaming
Of a life, richer and living in harmony
A desire to see the morning sun bring fields of gold
Forming a song in the heart of a toiled soul
Every night they slept, hoping for a miracle the next day
And that special night carried the dreams and hopes
Soon to be fulfilled in the morning glow
