Sitar and tabla afternoon

Yet another splendid afternoon in the sun.....this time though it was more enchanting with the melody of Sitar and Tabla mingling with the soft breeze making the afternoon all the more special. I must say the water feature that was behind me only made the whole hour more magical. This was my first time of watching and listening to a Sitarist ( Mehboob Nadeem) and I thoroughly enjoyed the 1 hour of pure musical bliss. This was one of the summer events organised by the City of London Festival.

Thanks to them and the musicians for a wonderfully spent afternoon. Too bad that I had to get back to work after that!!!!
